Jersey Fittings
We will offer three different uniforms and pre-game apparel fittings. This is our 4th year with our uniforms and apparel, so this is the last year. Use this information to decide whether to get new jerseys. For example:
There are no changes to the current uniform number or apparel policy coming (pg. 18).

This is just an order, and you will be invoiced later for the uniforms via invoice. All apparel will be paid for at the USHL front office.

Read and understand the following documents - you will acknowledge that all family members have read and understand documents in the TeamSnap registration. No download and sign necessary.
Registration Fee
Due at checkout and is not included in the tuition total. All travel players have to pay registration fee regardless of team/program. The registration fee is used to provide a financial support to start the registration for tournaments and other necessary financial commitments.
- EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE: Now thru July 21st – $250
- REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE: July 21st thru August 11th – $350
- LATE REGISTRATION FEE: August 11th thru August 20th – $450
- REGISTRATION CLOSES: August 20th
Tuition Payment Plan
The tuition will be divided into 5 equal payments throughout the season (tuition does not include registration fee):
- Payment #1 – October1 – 20%
- Payment #2 – November 1 – 20%
- Payment #3 – December 1 – 20%
- Payment #4 – January 1 – 20%
- Payment #5 - February 1 - 20%
Other options can be arranged if necessary.
